Awesome workout and plenty of fun. I wouldn't recommend any age younger than 8 since it takes quite a bit of balance and strength. Something different and challenging which I appreciate in Sudbury. Will be doing this again!

Kids Love This Place!!!! and my favorite feature is the time limit, when it's time to stop the kids can't argue and beg to keep going. Great Play with Lots of ways burn energy. I Love It All!!!
